Life is happening and so many times we feel a gap, big or small between our inner landscapes and what we express or act in the “outside” world.

The time of the heart is an online journey and container designed to give you important tools and understandings of how to “close” the GAP.

We will very gently tune into our belief systems, patterns and what we “think” of ourselves while tuning in to the deep KNOWING in our hearts, cells and all the body realms.

After years of guiding people into sacred spaces of ritual, deep healing and life celebrations, I have gathered in my “travel” bag many understandings, realizations and simple heartful tools which I want to share with you.

Side by side with powerful breath exercises and vocal freedom space, I will share with you my life knowledge, my love and a very powerful and simple life map to our inner landscapes.
