    Embracing and honoring our body as our physical container that is connected to Mother Earth and carries the wisdom of our ancestors. Engage in guided meditation, free movement and vocal rhythms and improvisations.

    Connecting to the nourishing energy of the water that brings deep healing through cleansing and release, singing with the Spirit of the water and praying to the feminine tides of our life. Engage in guided meditation and singing,

    Awakening and tending our inner fire to live with more inspiration, radiance and passion. Connecting to that which brings movement, power and purpose to our life. Engage in guided meditation, singing and dancing.

    Reconnecting and learning to open the gate of our vision, moving closer to our hearts desires and dreams. Engage in guided mediation, journaling and sharing.
